Derived from Origanum vulgare, a plant of the Lamiaceae family, Oregano essential oil is known for its anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antiseptic properties and is useful against asthma, dermatitis, cellulite and toothache
• Antiseptic: when diffused, it purifies the air and is useful for relieving the symptoms associated with asthma and chronic bronchitis.
• Toning: due to its rubefacient action, it is helpful in reactivating blood circulation, and can therefore be used in anti-cellulite massages functional to combat the fluid stagnation and facilitate toxin elimination, and in frictions on the scalp before shampooing to promote hair growth.
• Stomachic: when massaged, it supports the digestion process, combating meteorism and flatulence.
• Cicatrizing and germicidal: for the treatment of dermatosis, mycosis and psoriasis.
